Crochet Camera Strap Cover :)

Been uber busy the past two weeks! The twins are home and settled now and everyday I have lists as long as my arm of jobs to do, from housework to sterilising bottles, baths to laundry, feeding babies and preparing school pack lunches, I've not had much time at all to get hooky, also I seem to have lost my mojo! :(

In desperation I went searching ravelry for hooky inspiration, after coming across many patterns for little booties my confidence got the better of me and I started doubting my ability to make two things that have to be identical. After having a good think about what I could make that would be both practical an beautiful I decided on making this strap cover for my camera, I don't understand how I have never thought of it before!

Using my new James Brett Marble Chunky Yarn and a 5mm hook I set about creating my masterpiece ;)

I'm not finished yet, I plan on crocheting a nice big flower with a button centre and adding that on too :) I will blog again soon when its finished, oh and I almost forgot, I never showed to the completed granny square blanket for my boys, so I'll take some pics of that too, especially for your eyes! :)

UPDATE 04/02/13 | THIS NEVER GOT FINISHED, UNFORTUNATELY I DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY IT WAS TURNING OUT AND LOST HEART IN THE PROJECT, NOT TO WORRY THOUGH, I'M SURE THIS YARN WILL TURN IN TO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL ONE DAY :) XX
